Loliday Special: Lisa/Rosaire's Japan Shopping Service Review & Dream Fantasy!

Happy International Lolita Day everyone! Today is a special day for all lolitas, who will dedicate themselves to a celebration of this passion in summer style! Unfortunately I wasn't dressed up or out for a celebration because I have yet to receive my petticoat, my Taobao order isn't going very smoothly ^^"

Lisa/Rosaire's Japan Shopping Service Review!
So today I will do a little special -also my first- review! A little more than a month ago, I messaged Lisa for her services because I saw something I wanted on Mbok. It was Dream Fantasy in the black colorway! Lisa runs this shopping service with a Facebook group, but you can find her on livejournal too. She has a partner,  Emma who does packing and proof pictures for her. I've heard great things about her and her feedback is very reassuring. I originally asked Japonica to bid on things for me, but I lost all the auctions. It was the last straw for me when I lost one by 120 yen (because the number I gave him was rounded up). While I understood he was not to blame for this, the thought of losing that dress by a hair's breadth made me turn to personal shopping services. Then I saw a review on her services that Lisa could overbid a maximum amount given to her, I jumped at the chance.

Aaand here is the timeline! It's not very straight to business as I decided to include my thoughts and ramblings.

~12 April~ Sent Lisa a message with the link and maximum bid. I also sent her half of the quoted payment (item price, domestic shipping in Japan, Mobapay fees, her commission, estimated shipping to Malaysia) because I had a limit on the max amount of my debit card that I can use in one day. In my case, there was a buy now price and Lisa asked the buyer to sell the item to her for a slightly lower price. The seller agreed and ended the auction that very day! But I didn't see it as I was off to bed (excitedly and nervously!).
~13 April~  When I got up in the morning, I was shocked and messaged Lisa as soon as I saw that the auction ended, you can imagine that I was over the moon when she told me she won it. I sent her the other half of the payment when she sent me a screencap of the transaction with the seller (I was paranoid >.<)
~18 April~ I asked Lisa to hold the shipping for a bit as I was going to sit for my mid terms and I can't afford the distraction of a new dress XD
~21 April~ Lisa messaged me saying that my items arrived at her house and told me the condition they were in. They smelled very faintly of smoke and perfume. She gave me two options: hanging it up to air the smell or taking it to dry cleaners. I told her I would like it hung up. She also checked the dress for flaws and was very informative!
~23 April~ Lisa told me to message her partner Emma for proof pictures. I did and Emma was very thorough in examining the dress and taking pictures. She told me there was a very small dirt spot and gave me advice on how to clean it!
~10 May~ I asked Lisa to ship my items!
~11 May~ Emma notified me that my package was shipped and gave me my tracking number. She also told me that Lisa refunded me on overestimated shipping.
~16 May~ After getting stuck in customs for 2 days and a missed delivery, my package was finally here!

I was so scared that the package would get hit with taxes but it didn't! I literally squealed when I came home from school and was told the package was in my room!

Little Starling's Verdict!
Shipping: 5/5 Lisa was willing to hold my items for me and shipped them out really quickly when I asked for it.
Communication: 6/5 All my messages and questions are answered very promptly. The replies rarely took more than 10 minutes (unless it's 2 a.m. in Japan) and I was very impressed.
Packaging: 5/5 The package was quite sturdy and safe when it arrived, no rips or tears. She put my items in a Bodyline bag and it was shipped in brown packaging.
Commission: 5/5 She charges 5% for Mbok auctions which is really the lowest you can find out there.
Overall: 5/5 Lisa was brilliant and I will definitely use her services again!

Dream Fantasy Showcase!
As I mentioned I had to retake some pictures so some of the detail shots are taken on different days (you can tell from the different bed covers! Ehehe :3).

The package! I just held it in my hands and stared at it for 2 minutes before I could open it!

I was like, "Bodyline? How cute! XD" because I totally didn't expect it.

Opening! The first thing I saw was the cute little alpaca! How sweet of Lisa so send me a free gift! I didn't think I would like alpacas, but this little guy is adorable. I still haven't thought of his name though.

Everything together! Did I forget to mention that it was a set? Just without the bag, so I'd be getting that one day!

All in all, it is a beautiful dress and the print is super sugary! I'm looking forward to the bunny coordinate that I'm planning! It will take quite a while though >.<
